With 6 large 4 x bedroom houses within a private fully enclosed secure property with shared stylish pool area, the accommodation is ideal for extended family and friends wanting a holiday together.
Each beach house includes 2 master king bedrooms with luxurious ensuites, the downstairs master has a unique outdoor stone shower. There are 2 additional twin bedrooms, (including additional shared bathroom) which can be converted into additional double bedrooms to sleep 4 couples very comfortably.
The upstairs entertaining family room, is equipped with large flat screen TV and sound system and Playstation 3, which will keep the kids occupied for hours, whilst the adults can enjoy the spacious downstairs entertaining area with an additional large flat-screen TV with surround sound, a 8-person dining room and the added bonus of an additional alfresco BBQ dining area on the undercover deck. Byron Luxury Beach Houses aims to provide the ultimate family/friends holiday experience is an indulgence like no other.
Additional luxury features provided to enhance your experience include under-floor heating, heated towel rails, remote controlled curtains, and a luxurious bath. Quality linen and luxury bath products and beach towels are also provided.

Each holiday house sleeps a total of 8 guests, rates range from around $87.50 to $225.00 per person/night depending on the season.
A 3 night minimum stay is required during low and shoulder seasons and a 5 night minimum stay required during peak periods. We offer special rates to reserve the entire property for group events and special occasions.

Terms & Conditions
Payments must be made by credit card or bank transfer.
For bookings of 30 days or less prior to date of check in, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
For bookings of more than 30 days prior to date of check in, a deposit of 50% of the tariff is required at the time of booking.
Final payment must be made 30 days prior to your arrival. A $1000 credit card pre-authorization is required on arrival to cover any loss or damage caused by you during your stay.
Cancellations must be made in writing by the person who made the booking. If booking is cancelled 2 months or more prior to commencement, then your deposit (less an administration fee of $100.00) will be refunded in full.
